It is such a pleasure not to have to deal with that now. The people at Best Buy were very helpful, and I am very satisfied.

Very minor scratches on exterior on the side. But phone is working just fine. No complaints. Will consider buying refurbished from best buy next time as well.

Unacceptable battery health - returned.

Went to Geek Squad and they would not replace the battery so I was forced to pull the trigger on a full return. Not a great experience.
