    Service at station are not working as they should be there is nothing serious customer service i waited 1 week plus but even the phone was in storage they was not ready to get it

    Total crap ! The MAX battery percentage when I received it is 83% ... serious ? $700 for a refurbished phone that doesn't have a decent battery ? THEN ... the screen flickers and flashes like crazy - like a 3rd-world screen replace job. NEVER buy a used phone from non-Best Buy

    This phone isn't the worst, but it's also not affordable. It's not scratched, but it's pretty used, it's dirty and I had to wipe it clean once. The battery is especially bad. I don't think I'll get more than a year out of this phone.

    Had to return the first phone because it was overheating on the charger and returned a second replacement because the insides were rattling around inside of the phone. Waited 2 weeks to receive each phone and neither ever worked properly
