The MAX battery percentage when I received it is 83% ... serious ? $700 for a refurbished phone that doesn't have a decent battery ? THEN ... the screen flickers and flashes like crazy - like a 3rd-world screen replace job. NEVER buy a used phone from non-Best Buy

Unreasonable pricing

It's not scratched, but it's pretty used, it's dirty and I had to wipe it clean once. The battery is especially bad. I don't think I'll get more than a year out of this phone.
