The phone was perfect. It’s just that it was set for a Verizon carrier, and I have AT&T as a carrier. Therefore, my carrier AT&T was not able to activate the phone number. I will have go into the store and get a phone that is wiped cleaned.Hopefully I can get the same type of phone. Ms Richardson
