Am not recommending to anyone to wast money to buy phone from Best Buy Better buy direct from Apple Store who’s know business how to handle customer if you buy anything from online just wast money and never get full money back if you refund so its scam. Careful to purchase online from Best Buy.

I bought this on September 15 of this year and now it’s not working the screen just went blank. This is sad

The phone did not work. I returned it a couple days later for a new phone. Nowhere during my purchase was I told this phone was "pre-owned" or "reconditioned". I was under the impression this phone was new.

It didn't come in the color I ordered. In my order it was supposed to be silver and it came in purple. As I really needed it, I ended up keeping this one. But I found it to be a lack of respect for the customer

They did not tell me this was a preowned phone when I ordered this phone. I returned it as soon as I received it. That is way too much money for a used phone.

The 14pro max pre owned phone i purchased from best buy was very bad. The camera was poor and no charger was added like said i even stop using that phone. Im going to cancel my card and membership after payment. The battery too was less than 90% but the price was almost same as the new one. I regret purchasing this item.

This phone has such a great camera! I am so happy to have found it at best but even if they were already discontinued from apply and in store purchases, my batter last a lottt longer than my iPhone X, the camera has great quality I think that’s what I love the most about this iPhone 14 Pro Max.

Excellent product, timing accurate, Customer service was definitely great for me to refer Best Buy to all my friends. I bought an IMac and another phone phone days after purchasing those items. I needed a wireless keyboard and a wireless mouse and the first thought was Best Buy. So from now on every electronic item will be bought at Best Buy…
