Best buy charges $1000 for this iphone 14, youd think they could at least change the battery before they sell it so i can have it at 100percent health.

When I purchased the phone, BB personnel didn’t tell me the phone was previously owned or I would have NEVER paid $1,100 for a used phone. The phone gets hot, it’s no long covered under Apple Care and it’s delayed. It only had a 14 day return policy.

I bought the phone as a gift for my brother. Today he called me and stated the phone has been overheating and today it was in his pocket and it burned him. He has an open blister now. I am really worried about this. Please advise

Am not recommending to anyone to wast money to buy phone from Best Buy Better buy direct from Apple Store who’s know business how to handle customer if you buy anything from online just wast money and never get full money back if you refund so its scam. Careful to purchase online from Best Buy.

The phone did not work. I returned it a couple days later for a new phone. Nowhere during my purchase was I told this phone was "pre-owned" or "reconditioned". I was under the impression this phone was new.

It didn't come in the color I ordered. In my order it was supposed to be silver and it came in purple. As I really needed it, I ended up keeping this one. But I found it to be a lack of respect for the customer

They did not tell me this was a preowned phone when I ordered this phone. I returned it as soon as I received it. That is way too much money for a used phone.

The 14pro max pre owned phone i purchased from best buy was very bad. The camera was poor and no charger was added like said i even stop using that phone. Im going to cancel my card and membership after payment. The battery too was less than 90% but the price was almost same as the new one. I regret purchasing this item.
