Ordered this in Silver and also received a purple phone like some of the other reviewers did....went to Best Buy store and returned it and am now waiting for delivery of the phone in correct color...I will update this review to let you know if they actually send me the right color this time and also what condition it's in....stay tuned

The phone really works good and came out in a good package. All the accessories are complete and looks brand new no scratch the camera is good but not so good as I expected.

Drove from Marion Ohio to pick up the phone . employees were very helpful at first store was told by the time we drove across town it would be ready for pick up , it was not we were told it would be another hour so took the grandson’s to get something to eat went back and was told they couldn’t find the phone but was still looking after another 15/20 minutes of waiting it was found . Even though it was a drivevto get to Columbus Ohio employees were nice

Phone is great. Transfer of all information to new phone from old phone was easy. Follow up customer service was very good. But I was disappointed that when I bought the phone, the representative told me it would come with two years of AppleCare. Which I am finding out now is that it will not But because I am a total Best Buy customer the squad could help me if it ever broke repairs would be made in a discounted rate.

Come in great condition, would have never known it was refurbished! Still have this phone and probably won’t ever upgrade !
