Love it. From the cameras to the precision and quality look. Storage space what I wanted plus basic phone functions and communication platforms that are a breeze to navigate across.

Phone is great. Transfer of all information to new phone from old phone was easy. Follow up customer service was very good. But I was disappointed that when I bought the phone, the representative told me it would come with two years of AppleCare. Which I am finding out now is that it will not But because I am a total Best Buy customer the squad could help me if it ever broke repairs would be made in a discounted rate.

Just refurb the phone and cable. Do not expect anything from them. Phone came with no scratches even though plastoc box was broken. I bought refurbished jist because i have their plan

At the cashier i learned that a pre-used iphone might be shipped in bad shape but guess what, my phone is perfect, i got the exacy size and color that i wished to have. Thank you for sending the item intact.

Paid a lot of money, I was expecting excellent condition but the iphone had a few scratches & it came in a weird box & charger wasnt from apple.

Screen and camrea replaced with genuine apple parts but the screen still had minor scratches also the IMEI did come back as unknown. The rest of the iphone is perfect in quality

I needed a new phone. I didn’t realize it was used until I got home and was reading the receipt. I asked them about a warranty but they only have them for new phones. How awful.
