The rest of the iphone is perfect in quality

I didn’t realize it was used until I got home and was reading the receipt. I asked them about a warranty but they only have them for new phones. How awful.

Follow up customer service was very good. But I was disappointed that when I bought the phone, the representative told me it would come with two years of AppleCare. Which I am finding out now is that it will not But because I am a total Best Buy customer the squad could help me if it ever broke repairs would be made in a discounted rate.
