    This was an excellent chance I took on a refurbished phone. I wasn't sure at all what to expect, but what I got was a perfectly intact, in excellent condition 15 for a fraction of the price of a new 15. 100% will do again.

    The customer service that I received at Best Buy was excellent! Alex and Colin were knowledgeable in mobile phone models, and answered questions pertaining to my individual needs. Alex made the transition/upgrade from my old phone to a newer model with skill and patience. These guys are terrific!

    Too soon to tell if I like the refurbished iPhone 15. It looks like new. It only had 40% battery charge when I received it at the store. I appreciate the store employee found me a used charging cable as it arrived with a cable that was not compatible. So far it charged successfully

    The phone I received does not feel like it was preowned at all. If I didn’t come in the box that it did I would assume that it was brand new! Love it!
