Was in perfect condition! Very pleased. Camera works great, phone is way faster than my previous. Was happy it came with a charger.

The phone works perfectly good, the battery has more than 90% capacity. However, the exterior of the phone is far from “Excellent”. It has some pretty visible scratches on the corners in several places. It would be helpful to describe this scratches and attach a picture before advertising the phone as “Excellent”

When I purchased this refurbished iPhone I was shocked at how new it looked. The gentleman who was a Verizon employee was extremely polite and very helpful in explaining everything to us. I give him 10 stars. I had first purchased the iPhone 13 pro and the Best Buy employee was very cold and seemed uninterested, like I was wasting her time even though I was the only person there. So definitely 10 stars on the iPhone 15 and the Verizon employee.

I’m very impressed mostly with the condition and the functionality of the iPhone 15! The customer service was exceptional upon arriving to the store to find a device and I was immediately greeted, welcomed and taken care of by the Best Buy representatives they tended to my needs and made sure they browsed different options to possibly select from. I highly recommend Best Buy for any electronic devices they have almost the unthinkable of options you would have trouble finding in any other store.

Came in amazing condition, works fast, the camera quality is rated good. Microphone quality is a bit low, during calls I still sound a bit low to others. Other than that, phone is perfect!

I recently bought the iPhone 15. I previously had the iPhone 13. I love this phone!! It has an amazing camera compared to my old phone. The camera in the 15 is even better than the 13 Pro camera. I was a little skeptical about buying a pre-owned iPhone but this was such a good experience will do it again in the future. Great way to get a newer phone but not pay as much.
