I love android and iPhones I do switch from time to time the pre-own one that I got has 100% battery health no scratches on screen will definitely recommend

I usually dont really write reviews. But i can say i am very satisfied with this phone . I was definitely skeptical at first But didnt get disappointed.

I purchased a refurbished iphone rated "excellent" with the hope of saving a little money. Within the first few weeks of getting it up and running the phone is showing multiple signs of defects - overheating, not holding a charge. Because it is outside of the 14 days Best Buy is unwilling to offer a return OR technical support. They redirected me to Apple. I did not purchase apple care and will have to pay extra to now resolve the issues. If Best Buy cannot backup their refurbished devices they shouldn't be selling them. Extremely poor customer service and a waste of time and money.
