i love it the camera is bright and it comes with a long lasting battery

The phone seems to work like new. I wish there was an instruction manual to come with it. Also, their hardware id number printout needed better ink. I could barely make out what was there when setting up the eSim. BestBuy could do a tad better with documents.

I bought this phone for my son, the most I like is their customer service, they explain everything and what are options I have. I was very impressed with their service

Was nervous because it was preowned however, I would have never known if it was a description is an excellent condition. Affordable!

Have had the phone less than a month but everything seems to be working fine thus far. Battery capacity is still running at 100% and the health is listed as normal. When I have bought used phones in the past, the battery capacity has never been at 100%

The phone is excellent, it is as good as new and working the way i expected. Thank you Best buy for getting a very good phone. I will definitely recommend some other people to come buy anything from Best buy for they never disappoint you

Bought last minute as my phone was broken, i have noticed that the glass screen is a little weird in some spot, signifying that the screen was replaced (refurbished), but the phone works as it should, no impairments!

This was a used iPhone 15. It has one very small nick on it. Works excellent and had all accessories.

Picked up this refurbished iPhone because I wanted to take advantage of Best Buy CC financing. When received, all though it wasn’t in an apple box you could not tell that it was previously used. Phone came with all accessories and great battery life.

Works great received on time my daughter loves it.

The Apple phone is a great find for my husband. I was a little concerned about buying an open box phone/reused phone, however, my husband has every feature on the phone that he wanted + more! We saved money too! Win, win!
