Alex and Colin were knowledgeable in mobile phone models, and answered questions pertaining to my individual needs. Alex made the transition/upgrade from my old phone to a newer model with skill and patience. These guys are terrific!

It looks like new. It only had 40% battery charge when I received it at the store. I appreciate the store employee found me a used charging cable as it arrived with a cable that was not compatible. So far it charged successfully
