Everything works well but I don’t know what I was expecting with the battery life. I checked immediately and saw that the max capacity was 85%, a bit disappointing but makes sense for a used phone. Also, very minor scratches (on back, not the screen) were present on this “excellent” phone, but I’m putting a case on anyways. Just be aware of what you’re signing up for

From the moment I arrived until now it has worked well. Yes it is in good condition, battery arrived at 95% and minimal detail in the upper right corner.

I desperately needed a new phone after I broke mine. I’m a college student so you know that means short on funds. Best Buy has the best deals for used phones still in literally perfect condition and the best finance option ever. I would’ve been broke or without a phone if it wasn’t for Best Buy.

Bought this Phone for my daughter. Only charges up to 80%.. always freezes.. and wont accept face ID. Unfortunately my daughter was not home when I bought the phone.. so BestBuy says I cant return or exchange it.. $600 gone just like that. Will definitely not be buying phones here..
