    I am very disappointment. This is the last time I buy refurbished from Best Buy. They sent a iphone that straight out of the box randomly shuts off and gave a error 9 code when I tried to resent. Since this was a gift I was unable to return within the 15 day return window. Now they refuse to let me return the product. To sell a faulty product and not stand behind a return is unacceptable.

    When I opened the box I thought i was getting an iphone it is an android with and android plug I was deceived and I want my money back. It should had a detail description of Android lookslike Iphone and the customers can decided if they want and android lookalike iphone. Not satisfied I will return both phines. ☹️
