    This phone seemed brand new! 100% battery life and only 3 charge cycles when I opened it. It had the slightest scratch near the top of the screen but otherwise is in perfect cosmetic and use condition.

    Pre-owned phone was in great condition. Battery was replaced and basically brand new. Came with a non-iPhone usb c cable that works fine.

    Would never know this was a pre owned phone. Not a scratch on it. Came unlocked and ready for activation. Battery life is great and came at a wonderful price point. Would totally buy a pre owned iphone again.

    Do not buy! Purchased it thinking I was saving some money. Only for the lower portion of the display to go out less than 45 days of owning the device. You only have 14 days if you don’t “activate the device” other than that you are out of luck. They quoted me $349 to replace the screen. So I would have paid 250 over what a new one would’ve cost. Save your self the money the headache and do NOT buy a certified refurbished phone from here. They use the language certified refurbished but when you’re at the desk they belittle it and say Used device as if I was buying it from a pawn shop. Again do not buy save your money.
