    Love the iPhone 15 Pro! The process of trading up at Best Buy was a smooth process and the Best Buy employees were outstanding....professional, knew their stuff and were very helpful!

    Had the 14 got the 15 pro and I’m in love! Type C charger witch I am totally ok with over the iPhone cord. Picture quality is great, charge and barely life is amazing the quality of the phone is nice and I just love this phone so much more

    Looked good. Didn’t like the battery life. Also could find one with new battery and 1 year warranty. And… to have my info switched from old to new iPhone was a $99.00 charge. T-Mobile and Apple both charge NOTHING.

    The battery life is low the battery dies to quickly the battery life needs to be better in order for it be a good device other than that it’s a good phone the battery life is just to low the phone dies very fast

    Solid phone, minor scratches on screen and phone. Only complaint is that the battery life is short and one of the scratches covers the front facing camera which distorts images.

    Phone seemed to be working perfectly fine. But I decided to buy a 16 pro instead of a refurbished one. Return and refund process at best buy was super easy and the customer service was excellent.
