Bought certified refurbished. I thought I ordered a 128 GB phone but in the settings it says 256 GB? I’m not mad about it tho. I’m just glad it wasn’t a vice versa situation. Phone is in excellent condition. Definitely like new. Battery’s health is great. Only had minor scratches on the bezel of the screen but not noticeable once I added a screen protector. Super happy with purchase I would just advise you to make sure you receive the correct phone.

I purchased two phones for families members so that they could have when I considered it be a good phone iPhones. They’re very happy with them. I didn’t pass along the phone that I had. I gave them their own. I really was happy with the price. They were refurbished phones so they had the quality of a new phone without me having to pay the price of a new phone. I really like the services of the young man who assisted me in the store And my family members lived out of town so I mailed them the phones and they were able to use them in their happy and they still learning to use them so I would recommend purchasing refurbished phones if you have that opportunity and Best Buy stand behind what they sell you and I appreciate that and they get wonderful service. I have no complaints at all .

Have been using it for nearly a month. It's amazing! It came out with no damage even a minor scratch, and it even came out with 100% battery life. I changed to this phone from 13promax it's on the another level. Totally worth it. Excellent condition!

order placed on 9/26, received on 10/03 manufacture date: April 2024; first-use: October 2024; battery capacity 100%, cycle count 0 when received (1 cycle in the screenshot was my usage) No complaints about the product tho. I used Apple's diagnostic tool, and all software/hardware checks were passed. My only concern is the 90-day manufacturer's warranty (as opposed to Apple's 1-year warranty when buying brand-new), but hopefully, I will not need to use it. Best Buy and Apple must have some behind-the-door arrangements. I'm curious who would buy it and then return it at midnight on the same day of their purchase, judging from the delivery record and the first use date (unless the battery was replaced?)

I original order a regular iphone 15 but end up returning and ordered a iphone 15 pro preown. Its listed as preown with no condition ranking, I was really worry I would get one with many cosmetic flaws. Item looked brand new with few minor tiny scratches on screen. Ive only had this phone for 6 days but i havent had any issues. More digital zoom was nice, i saw no difference between a test picture with iphone 15 pro and my brothers regular iphone 15, he said mine show more depth. I ultimately picked this phone for usb c port, 15x digital zoom, better precessor. In long run i feel that it would work best with my every day need, mobile app gaming, significant web research. Iphone 15 regular is also a good phone, like most review on youtube would tell you it just bouls down to your must have and budget.

It work well and no breakage. I was able to use it everywhere when I travel out of the country. Battery life is great. Quality sounds including the camera is exclusively worked smoothly.

So I know online it says pre owned but this thing has to be refurbished by apple or someone. Cause the phone has like new screen no scratches, residue, or blemishes it was flawless, the battery was at 100% capacity with no degradation. But upgrading from a 12 pro this was a wonderful upgrades. Save your money and get this instead of the 16

Had a learning curve as I has a SE gen 2. It is wide for my hand. The 15 pro is ok but wish Apple believed in small phones for small hands. Haven’t played with the camera to much. My pics of the moon turned out well. Since this is my 2nd referb phone from Best Buy, I knew what to expect. Didn’t have any problems except had to go to my carrier for the esim to be set. I would do it again for my next phone.

Very impressed. For nearly same performance (vs new iPhone 16 Pro) I got iPhone 15 Pro in truly excellent condition for $400 less. I was skeptical, so I thought to inspect every teeny tiny detail and expected battery health at 90% minimum and that’s exactly what I got. Impressed also because there isn’t a single physical flaw. Worst case scenario, might need to bring it to Geek Squad in a year or a bit more for a new battery, because why not.
