Its like brand new. Battery health at 100%. Good for thr price

Very impressed. For nearly same performance (vs new iPhone 16 Pro) I got iPhone 15 Pro in truly excellent condition for $400 less. I was skeptical, so I thought to inspect every teeny tiny detail and expected battery health at 90% minimum and that’s exactly what I got. Impressed also because there isn’t a single physical flaw. Worst case scenario, might need to bring it to Geek Squad in a year or a bit more for a new battery, because why not.

Only reason I didn’t give it 5 is the price, after I had already ordered it I found the same quality phone for abou $100 less. Other than that it’s a good product, battery life was 94%

This phone seemed brand new! 100% battery life and only 3 charge cycles when I opened it. It had the slightest scratch near the top of the screen but otherwise is in perfect cosmetic and use condition.

Would never know this was a pre owned phone. Not a scratch on it. Came unlocked and ready for activation. Battery life is great and came at a wonderful price point. Would totally buy a pre owned iphone again.

Do not buy! Purchased it thinking I was saving some money. Only for the lower portion of the display to go out less than 45 days of owning the device. You only have 14 days if you don’t “activate the device” other than that you are out of luck. They quoted me $349 to replace the screen. So I would have paid 250 over what a new one would’ve cost. Save your self the money the headache and do NOT buy a certified refurbished phone from here. They use the language certified refurbished but when you’re at the desk they belittle it and say Used device as if I was buying it from a pawn shop. Again do not buy save your money.

I would 100% buy another Pre Owned iPhone from best buy again!!! Just got mine yesterday and it looks brand new. No scratches at all and battery life capacity is at 100% I would recommend buying Pre Owned phones from besy buy to friends and family.

Works like new so far. Too bad Best Buy membership didn’t include Apple care on it though.

I've had this phone over a month and couldn't be happier with it!

Excellent phone, less than a month of previous use, came with a usb-c cable.

As of now I’ve been using the phone for a while. I have no complaints about it and it’s been really durable.

I needed a new phone. This phone was a good deal for the trade in program. It works well and it came with no scratches. Would definitely get a refurbished product from best buy again.
