    Giving this a 2 star review - I bought this phone as a pre-owned in Excellent condition. after 2.5 months the camera went out, and I got a msg saying that the camera was not recognized as a iPhone camera. I am a BB-Total member and was told that while I was told I had a 90 day warranty that was with the company that certified the phone (not BB, or GS), and that GS only gives 60 day warranty for pre-owned. however a manager honored my full-refund. Spend the extra hundreds and get a open-box or new phone. Refurbished or pre-owned is a scam. IMO

    I needed a new phone. This phone was a good deal for the trade in program. It works well and it came with no scratches. Would definitely get a refurbished product from best buy again.

    It’s a risk. I’ve gotten many open box or refurbished devices here. This time it happened to be a bad one. Only 3 months of use before the display went bad.

    Phone was cracked/not refurbished correctly. The woman who handed me the phone as I did an in-store pickup immediately noticed it. It took he in-store Geek Squad guy one second to tell me that the phone was defective.
