Been very happy with my purchase and the trade in process. Phone came almost perfect, battery wasn’t at 100 but 97 is good enough. Would definitely go this route again and most likely will next time I need an upgrade.

Worked for 5 days and then my celular network was gone and had to return it. I'll give 2 stars because best buy support went above and beyond to try to make it work, but unfortunately they couldn't fix it

I like it! Came as promised, in very good condition. The only thing I’d like is, for transparency on the battery life, if I’m not mistaken, that isn’t disclosed anywhere on the description. The battery on the one I received was 92%, which isn’t terrible but it’s also not the best. For 850$, you would expect a bit better, at least 95%.

Works absolutely beautiful. Photos are amazing. Size of the phone is perfect.

This is as if brand new vs. preowned. Easy to use with new with new layout. I do miss the home button - that's some gettig used to.

The phone itself is excellent, no dents or scratches. I did NOT get a white one as shown, received a black one, which was just fine. I gave it a 4 star for the fact that Best Buy does not have anywhere in its description other than the 90 day warranty on parts that you will NOT be able to get any kind of “care” on it BECAUSE it is refurbished (used) phone. The warranty expired date in the phone is July 1, 1978! Other than that, the phone is just like new, takes great pics, can be update to OS26 and so forth. If you need to spend less and don’t care about warranties or Apple Care, refurbished used phones are the way to go to save money. Battery Health is still 100%.

For a pre-owned phone, it works great & looks brand new! It’s truly an upgrade when comparing to my old IPhone XR.

I desperately needed a new phone after I broke mine. I’m a college student so you know that means short on funds. Best Buy has the best deals for used phones still in literally perfect condition and the best finance option ever. I would’ve been broke or without a phone if it wasn’t for Best Buy.
