    The phone is good and has reasonable price. However I purchased it and had to gift it to my sister on her birthday and when she opened there is something looks like damage near ear speaker. Unfortunately the warranty time was over and we couldnt exchange or return it

    In the past, I would’ve never purchased anything refurbished however I took a chance because I wanted a newer phone but didn’t want to pay the price tag for iPhone 15 Pro Max. I owned my iPhone 13 Pro Max and was able to trade it in and get credit and then the refurbished price made it even less I definitely would go this route again in the near future.
