The only thing I wish was the battery life was better and there was only a couple of scratches that you can barely see. Other than this was basically a new phone.

Great device and worth the money and the time it took to get.

The phone is good but the battery was not refurbished to full capacity of hours advertised by Apple, in addition to the existing problems, it came with no insurance and the phone was broken and now is not unusable, and when I visited the store is when I was made aware that there is no warranty and no insurance available for refurbished phones, and using the Best Buy Visa with Citi Bank has been a nightmare as there is no claimed ownership of responsibilities between the two companies and so the information is inconsistent and access is difficult. It has lead to many problems with payments, updating information, and customer support, which has negatively impacted my credit.

I was leary of purchasing a preowned phone from BestBuy. I didnt think there was much of a price difference from brand new, but decided to give it a chance. When the phone was delivered, the shipping box was a little damaged. Upon opening the box, I found the phone unharmed in a certified phone box. I set up the phone, and checked battery health. 100%. Great! I plugged it in the charger for a little, and then I remembered to check how many charging cycles the phone has been through. 1! Wow! Only 1 and it looks like that was me. Long story short. I literally received a Brand new phone. Not a scratch on it either. I’m glad that I gave a preowned BestBuy phone a chance. Thanks!
