Honestly was worrried about buying a refurbished iPhone but the description, condition and overall iPhone from best buys preowned selection was a great deal. IPhone 16pro max was in perfect condition and have had no issues and is as described. 100% truest the excellent condition description that Best Buy put on the phone. Battery was at 100% health and have almost no charge cycles on its battery health report.
