    Never ever buy a pre owned phone from Best Buy. I bought the iPhone 8 Plus, the phone is in good condition however, the camera was shaking that had to be replaced, the battery was in poor condition I just had that replaced and now the home button needs to be replaced. They def don’t check over their phones. So far I’ve dumped almost 200 in repairs. I will NEVER buy a phone from them again. Shame on you Best Buy!

    Quick shipment. Phone works well. Undisclosed cracks in back of the phone. Store employee didn’t offer protection plan. Would’ve taken the plan if offered at the store and if cracks were disclosed. Otherwise a very good phone. Better price than Apple and eBay.
