Unfortunately, this is why I don't like buying electronics; too expensive so you try to get a "certified pre-owned" version (which is still incredibly expensive) just for it to work for about 3 days before something goes wrong. I am having issues with people hearing me on phone calls and I don't know if that's a speaker issue or what, but now, I have to live without speaking on my "new" phone until I can actually get in for an appointment (during COVID!) and possibly have to pay even more money to fix whatever is wrong with this thing so that I can get back to working on it. I'm just disappointed, but giving it 3 stars because I'm HOPEFUL it can be fixed! Wish me luck!! Ugh.

Excellent phone, came in perfect condition. I was very surprised, I thought I would be able to tell it was used prior to me getting it. Wonderful job on the technicians that refurbished this product. Came in a sealed heavy duty plastic case. I will look at refurbished products and being confident on what I am actually getting with out a doubt in my mind.

I upgraded from an iPhone 6 and I couldn't believe how much faster this phone was! The overall condition of the phone was great, for a refurbished device.

Everything seems great on my “new” iphone 8 plus except... its from Japan where there are laws that prevent your from turning off the camera shutter sound EVEN when you switch the side mute button. Its kind of annoying because its so loud every time I take a picture and my previous iphone 6s didnt have this issue since its from this country. I really wish that when my phones on silent the camera sound would be also. Im trying to somehow exchange this while I still can, for an American phone but best buy isnt being too helpful assuring me that when my “new” phone is sent it will be American or not. I dont want to return my phone just to get the same exact phone sent back to me.
