Phone was in overall good condition. The included charger didn't work well but I had an acutal Apple charger that works just fine.

Iphone arrived in great condition. For one tiny scratch on the "apple" side, you'd think it was brand new. Phone works great!

I expect to be 4 stars. The glass had many issues with screen and scratches in corners. I was happy to receive my iPhone and went l open the box and seen the conditions of the phone I get very disappointed.

I was waiting for so long for this phone to be added back on to the website. I had a 6S for so long and as soon as it went live I had to purchase the 8 plus. I have had it for months now and it runs so much smoother. I love the larger screen and the thumb print option. I wish it had the auxiliary option still available but i have got used to not having it. No complaints with my 8plus. i plan to have his for years. Love the size, the color and its functionality.

I normally dont buy used phones but this was just bad. Screen had obviously been replaced, the body was badly scratched. If the used phones will be sold like this the website should include picture of phone or at least a rating system, also i had to pay a restocking fee. Overall bad experience

I bought this refreshed model from Best Buy and to my surprise it was very smooth and had great apple features including wireless charging, loved it

Battery life came already diminished to around 83% and after only having had the phone for around 2-3 months it requires ‘service’. It doesn’t hold a charge well at the moment and certain cables tend to completely flip out the phone to utter madness (will close tabs, scramble text, independently scroll the screen up and down like a demon possessed). The camera often has a hard stabilizing and the photos come out blurry, particularly the front camera which is nearly incapable of focusing unless you’re a certain distance away. There is also an odd quirk while texting, where it will suddenly jump me back in the paragraph mid type and I have to constantly bring it back to the end of my sentence and correct any words it might’ve scrambled. All of this fresh out of the package! Overall, it’s a phone and does what a phone should do and has plenty of storage (so much storage!!) but all the various little grievances start to add up and make it seriously annoying to use. I upgraded from an iPhone 6 thinking it would be better but honestly? KIND OF A DOWNGRADE SOMEHOW….. not to mention how much I miss the headphone jack… (I’m old school, yo)

Clean, appears new, easy help setting up, I like slide to turn off. Have not tried all features yet. Disappointed Apple store does not list a Sudoku game available.
