Brought the device so I could charge wirelessly worked out perfectly for me was on and I phone 7 upgrade gave me better features and more gig space.

had to return it the following day, cause you can hardly hear the person u are calling. hopefully the refurbished replacement will have a better quality than the preowned. so better check your purchase preowned right after you receive it so you have it replaced the next day. thanks to Phylisia who assisted me with the return.

Great phone, I use it almoust year and dont have any issues. Glad I got it. I am happy with battery and look, and its great. I recommend as it has good screen.

I have no dislikes about my phone. I just hope next time it will be the newer version. I love my phone.

The Only issue I had with this phone is that one speaker does not work and whoever owned it smashed gum up in the speaker and I cant get it out was upset!

I didn’t know what to expect but I gladly can say I got exactly what I wanted! The phone was in great condition, it was so easy to pick up and to lock in with my carrier. There’s absolutely nothing negative I can say. Thank you!

Really happy with this phone. It looks brand new! My one complaint is that it doesn’t hold a charge as well as my old one.

Worked great for a while, but less than a year owning it, it turned off and never charged again. Too much money to lose something you can't get insured. I had one before this one. It is nice but I hate the charging port. They always break or need to be rigged to charge by pushing the cord more to one side. I had to buy a charger you don't plug into.

I was under the impression that Best Buy carries at least the decent stuff but it proved wrong with this purchase. Phone was good for couple weeks and there was sim connection issue, and after a week battery issue. Disappointed, will be careful to buy from Best Buy.

Great service and product，quickly shipping, higher quantity

This is a refurbished phone, the battery started over heating after a week of having the phone, we were told if anything is wrong to take it back and they would repair it but when we took it back in we were told they couldn't replace the battery because its refurbished and that apple had to replace it at a charge. Becareful buying referb phones from here.

I have only had this iphone 8 plus 2 few weeks, I love it, it's crisp and clear, takes beautiful pictures, quick charging, I just love all the details about it. I had an iphone 7 Plus which I gave to my grandson, so a great saving for us. Thanks Best Buy!!
