    Did not get to use the product, as I had to return it. I bought a used iPhone advertise in great condition, but when received the screen looked as if it was cleaned/polished with sandpaper.

    I have bought pre owned iphones for my parents a few years ago and they worked perfect. Well just within the last few weeks I purchased an iphone 8 preowned and and ear piece had terrible sound like tje persons was under water speaking to me. So I went back to best buy to exchange and tje 2nd one was even worse. The volume control did not function properly so you could not raise the volume. They asked me if i would like to exchange for another pre owned iphone. I said no thanks. 2 strikes your out!
