The phone seems to be in great condition, there’s a few minor scratches but we took it down to our local phone store to put it on a prepaid service but they were unable to do anything with it, it just wasn’t doing what it should. Unfortunately we will be returning

The storage capacity and larger screen size are just what I wanted for my next iPhone. Love the better front and back facing camera and portrait mode for the iPhone 8 Plus.

When I bought it I thought it was finna be brand new and then I went and picked it up and it had scratches and it wasent even in the iPhone box and it came in a destroyed box

I never written reviews but I was VERY compelled to write this review. I returned this phone the same day it was delivered. The phone screen was scratched up with red paint chipping on the back of the phone where the camera bump is at. As an earlier reviewer of this phone said about a year ago, the speaker was EXTREMELY DISTORTED, even at low volumes. I compared it with the speaker of my iPhone 8 Plus from my carrier and it was day and night different. Best Buy charged me $45 re stocking fee even though the phone DID NOT come shrink wrapped in a box. It came delivered in one of those bubble wrap envelopes that you buy at a major supermarket retailer. They didn’t even ship it in a cardboard box. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that Best Buy would even sell products like this with an EXTREMELY DISTORTED speaker. It came with 85% battery life and on iOS 15.1. Everyone please be aware expect to pay $45 re stocking fee if you are not satisfied with the condition you received the phone. I even checked off that the phone came defective on the return reason. My only regret is not taking photos to upload to this review since I was so upset upon receiving the phone.

Not really a good phone it did not work properly and battery life is not good.

Had to return this IPhone 8 Plus due to the battery not staying charged. Terrible experience and phone quality.
