    Phone was nicely refurbished and was in like new condition. Would have loved to pick my mother up a new IPhone SE, however, she had gotten used to the Plus sized version and the SE only comes in the smaller screen size. I was hesitant to buy a pre-owned phone, but this phone changed my perception of pre-owned/refurbished phones.
