    Purchased the phone a month ago and noticed issues with charging a week after it’s last date to return. I recommend not to buy a refurbished phone especially from Apple.

    Received product and it worked fine other than the earpiece volume would not work.. have been unable to get it fixed and can not get a refund.

    It package was missing airpod. It was mentioned in specifications of what’s included. The changer was not working . But bestbuy replaces the charges. I had to wait for 10 day without phone

    was sent a defective item in a busted box, with no return label as advised should have been included by customer support automated messages. ATT store advised this item could not be activated and I had to purchase a new 1500 phone,

    Bought this iPhone in used with no original box & cable power supplies. Just opened at home and returned in the next day . Best Buy charged $ 45,00 for restocking . Feel really bad and very disappointed .

    WORST SCAM EVER. THE PHOND DID NOT POWER ON AND THE VERY NEXT DAY. I Had to inconvenience myself and return it to the store where they charge me a $45 restocking fee as a door my fault the phone was broken that they sold me. On top of that they were very rude. Shame on you Best Buy do better.
