Five stars!! I would buy this phone all over again.

I regretted to bought this phone on here only works for. Few months now completely dead and nobody take responsibility well it’s already pay they don’t care will never buy another one on here

I would not recommend buying it at all. It has major scratches, looking to return soon.

I was sent a phone i purchased as a gift for someone that did not work, and it was beyond repair, my phone provider couldn’t fix the issue so i had to escalate it to apple which told me that the phone is beyond repair that had network issues, i was able to txt and surf the web using wifi, but the phone had a dead network so it could not make or receive calls, make sure that you get these phones tested immediately and not fall outside of the short return window like i did.

if you guys read this review, please dont buy pre-owner at bestbuy

Was told by Best Buy service that they wouldn't provide any of the accessories it was listed with. Came with a generic Chinese charge cable, no earbuds and no charge block. Was packed in a generic Chinese android package.

Shipping delay....dont know if or when it's arriving

Picked up the phone. Knew it was pre owned Looked at it at the store before taking it home. It was scratched from the cornes bad. And the screen also. Wasn’t expecting that. Bottom line, just get a new one.

The ordering process was easy, and I received the phone on time. It was, however, locked when I received it and in Spanish.

Came scratched on the back and was dirty. I understand it’s preowned but wow clean it up at least.

Battery runs down after few calls Keep asking for me to insert SIM card

Phone DOES NOT WORK PROPERLY, hearing portion does not work but turn on speaker portion works. All other aspects work, it should of been checked out first to see if it had any problems.

Ordered 256gb and received 64gb and also wrong color

Ear piece didn't work, by the time the person who was using it told me 13 days were up------Warranty 13 days

Phone barely lasted six months. Defective hardware that Apple thankfully bought back towards credit on a new iPhone. Pay the extra cash and avoid buying Best Buy Pre-Owned.

I’ve only had it a month and the charging slot is already not working. I don’t know what to do. I’m still paying off this phone and I’m not able to Use it.

Ever since I purchase this phone I've had problems with the key board when I'm typing it goes back to the beginning and I have to exit and begin the sentence

They Send Box that had only Charger Shame on them no phone in a box had to call million times still no solution.

Phone is good but what was stated that would be in the box wasn’t. Why state things that will be included and then them not be

The Phone works like new. I didn't find any major issues like screen freezing and slow FPS. It's a good phone overall and has everything I need for my day to day business.
