Terrible phone
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Highly disappointed it was working well and I was happy with the phone when I received it but after about 2 months it started glitching and now it shuts down and my calls/messages and apps disappear sometimes it works sometimes it doesn’t im extremely disappointed it stopped working after the return policy I would not recommend

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this iPhone 8 Plus refurbished supposed to be in great condition , once we got stuff transferred from old phone to new phone , the speaker when you call doesn’t work it’s muffled, you should really check all features before selling used phone very very disappointed with this purchase

Phones came damaged

A complete nightmare from start to finish

I realize that the item was in used condition, but if it has significant scratching or damage, this should be stated. I returned the phone within the 14 day specified. To add insult to injury, Best Buy had the audacity to charge me $45 to return a damaged item.
