    Got this for my son.. So far so good! Shipping time was reasonable. From initial inspection, it was clean and just a couple small scratches on the sides and back. Nothing to be concerned about. Was easy to set up and was able to get it connected with a phone plan no problem.

    This worked out great. Needed a phone for my dauther who is studying abroad and didn't want to buy a new one. This one worked perfectly and was able to get a new SIM card in Spain and works great.

    While the memory capacity and appearance of the phone is as expected, the silent mode button is non-functional. Therefore the phone cannot be put in silent mode as is necessary during meetings.

    I love this phone and it arrived in excellent condition thanks to Best Buy. I would say near mint, while the battery was at 87% life remaining which is pretty good for a two-three year old phone.

    The SC 2020 replaced my 6 (10 years old), which maxed out the memory when the updates processed. This is Apples planned obsolescence. A real learning curve with all the new software and aps.
