    The phone goes in and out when talking. Home button does not work. It seems as if the moment the warranty day ended all these issues started appearing will never purchase a refurbished again.

    You sent me a phone that the battery was seriously degraded and needing replaced. The phone should have been checked out better by Geek squad. Now I’m trying to get this phone replaced via a third party service warranty

    The product was in good appearance without any external defect, the problem was that when checking the battery and its condition it was at a lower percentage than normal to be operational since he sent me to do maintenance.

    Aside from the battery having to be charged fairly often (hence the 4-star rating instead of 5 stars), this phone is in great shape and great for my business needs. Easy hook-up to my mobile service provider, and easy SIM card transfer.
