It was preowned but to me it looks and feels just brand new! Everything works as I expected. Totally satisfied. Even the battery that it's supposed to last for at least 5 hours, but to be honest I'm not a gamer. I use it for business and it's totally what I want. I set it up in a way the battery last more than 10 hours. No problems with me.

Not really happy with my purchase
