Shipped quickly.Phone was is good visual shape,but battery was junk .Had to take to apple to buy a new battery.Wouldn’t hold a charge .When I checked in settings it showed the battery was bad .Apple confirmed this .Cost me an additional $69 dollars for a new battery.Refurbished means good working order.

By itself, the phone works fine for what I paid for it. Setting it up was kind of a pain, but the phone works.

Great price great phone works like new also being a member allows me to return it without 60 days so if it starts to mess up because of the refurbished option I picked I can always return it and I was able to save money and get the refurbished phone confidently because of then extended return period

I love the condition this phone was in. I didn’t even have to change cases from my iphone 7. One gripe i have is that the phone’s battery can drain a bit too fast for me. But that is to be expected from a refurbished product

My son broke his new phone we got him so I didn’t want to spend a lot of money replacing it. This phone is PERFECT! You would never know it was pre owned!! So happy with it. Would absolutely buy a refurbished phone from Best Buy again!

My kids loved there phones they had everything I needed in stock

I already had an SE 2nd gen and I tried to get it fixed at Best Buy, but it had some water damage so they couldn’t fix it and it was just cheaper to buy this used phone than to drive to an Apple Store to have it fixed. I just wanted to use it as a media player, like the iPod touch. When I got the phone home and set it up, I found that the battery was really degraded and needed to be replaced, and of course I hadn’t thought of getting the protection plan when I bought it in store. I later went back to try to either get the plan or trade it for a different one, and the employee who had sold me the phone said that all of the phones are likely going to need repair and I was also told by the SAME employee that sold the phone to me and offered a protection plan, that protection plans aren’t offered on used phones, and when I claimed that a service rep on the website said they were, she simply said that she has sold many used phones and protection plans have never been offered on them. I then asked to get a quote on the battery replacement ($59) and she also said it would take 1-4 weeks (my trip was in less than two) and she couldn’t promise when it would be ready since they don’t do it in store but in some facility somewhere else. So I just got the battery replaced at a nearby Batteries+Bulbs. Idk if this is just an issue with this store or not, but I feel kind of scammed. The phone works great, but the fact that the “refurbished” phone wasn’t actually refurbished is just false advertising. I’m going to keep the phone, but I think that buying a used phone might be safer to do from eBay or Apple themselves.

I needed this as an "emergency backup" camera for long-form video shoots. I decided to return it because I needed one with larger storage capacity. But it worked as advertised. Battery could last longer.

I’ve bought it as a present for a cousin 2 months ago she didn’t say anything and she usually complains about everything so that means the phone is good

I owned this same phone previously and really liked it, and was looking to replace it. Best Buy offered the most competitive price for the phone, and it was packaged very well. I did not have any issues getting it "up and running" with my carrier (XFinity Mobile), and I have been using it now for nearly a month without any problems whatsoever - great purchase!

Battery was at only 75%. I thought they should have listed what % the battery was at.

Phone is in excellent condition. It replaces the older model SE that was stolen by the porch pirate who attacked me for verbally confronting him about not stealing from a neighbor's porch in July.
