I had a wonderful experience. I had a budget and they got me what I needed within that budget.

Great so far and zero issues. My son was super excited to get his personal phone at the age of 8years old.

This was a fairly priced, unlocked iPhone. The purchase was easy and it was easy to swap sim cards and activated.

This was supposed to be certified refurbished iPhone. I had purchased for my sister because her phone had broke, it was nice and then when she started using it, the battery started dying very quickly. I looked under settings and it said battery was depleted and needed new battery. The geek squad gentleman that helped me was appalled it was marked as excellent condition and certified with a bad battery.

Like new! I got this for my grand daughter after she broke her phone. She couldn’t live without her phone, thank you Best Buy for an affordable replacement.

I bought this phone for my 12-year old daughter. I received an excellent deal on it . My daughter's happy with it. She loves the overall speed going from app to app as well as the clarity of all the pictures she takes.

Bought this as an anniversary gift for my husband since they don’t make iPods anymore this was my only option. It works great just have to download music under WiFi and the. Your good to go. Nice slim size love the color and works awesome. I would recommend this product.

I updated my old I-Phone for about $111.00 with Best Buy rewards and should be good for another 4 or 5 years. It operates similar to my last I-phone and saves me from having to learn new tech.

Got this iPhone for my mither who has never owned a smartphone. At this price and coming frim Best Buy, I would hope they’d replace the battery with a new one. Phone out of the box has warnings that it needs a new battery. Its advertised as “certified,” I would think the battery would be new. Then to top it off, Best Buy doesnt have the battery in stock for advertised “same day replacement…”
