Product was defective and bad service

Not at all recommeneded and top of it before purchasing spoke to customer support and told them when the product is not bad can I return for no restocking fee then he said yes and when I returned the product being defective they charged me 45$ as restocking for the product when I bought it for 150$. Raised a complain but never heard back from anyone. Im hoping they could take the restocking fee off but yeah that id all about it
