I highly recommend it if you have kids or somebody older that doesn't really use the phone. But if you like to use your phone a lot or somewhere in between, I don't recommend this phone.

Disappointing Birthday Gift

It was a gift for my granddaughter's "official teen" birthday; but her initial surprise and joy quickly turned to extreme disappointment! It had to be returned and we decided to go with a new one.

weak battery

I would've returned it if it wasn't a gift. Now am the sucker who gave a bad gift. Save your money and buy a brand-new phone android.

I didn’t want to spend over $500. Getting this preowned phone which was cleaned up and certified by Best Buy was a good option. It’s like I have a brand new phone without the new phone price.
