Home button quit working 3 weeks after purchase. Called customer service who set up an appointment with Geek Squad. Arrived to the appointment and was told due to the battery life at 75% ( what it was when purchased) and it being refurbished that they would not fix it, exchange it, or return it. So basically I wasted over $200 on a piece of trash

We purchased the phone for my mother who had been without a phone for a while. It would help us keep in touch with her in case of emergencies. However, when my husband began setting up the phone, it would restart every few minutes, making us unable to set it up or do anything useful with it. When I went to the branch we purchased it from, the people at Geek Squad were very helpful with trying to figure out what was wrong and even refunded us when we found a processing error. Matt was very helpful. I am giving two stars because the item in question was not thoroughly inspected or advertised as malfunctioning when we bought it. If all worked perfectly, I would give 5 stars for the customer service we received.

Its came used, but i belieave its good phone for work anx kids

looked like a new phone, there were no scratches or scuffs. All buttons and touchscreen worked fine, however the day I purchased the phone the battery health was 93% which was acceptable to me, but then it degraded to 85% within 12 days. I ended up returning it because of that reason.

I bought this phone for my daughter! it works great! no scratches battery percentage was 87% but it was a great purchase in my end! charger wasn’t apple , but that’s okay!

This is really good phone. Nice maintained phone. But i think $175-180 could be a reasonable price.

Very good phone. No visible damage, just some minor scratches on the screen, not a big deal. Generally money well spent for a secondary phone.

Was about to test phone out before using my extra SIM card. Got burned but other companies but BestBuy came through for me again. Thank you.

Just recieved and charged fully to 100%. Checking battery health it was a maximum 77% and a message "your battery's health is significantly degraded. See an Apple authroized service provide to replace battery."
