I have mixed feelings sharing my review on the product and purchase process. In the first place, I found it ridiculous that to check out a pre-owned product, one needs to buy it first to even view the aesthetics. The biggest drawback is the unavailability of option to add protection on the device.

The Front Camera was Broken, pics come out Blurry.

Product had lcd damage. No button damage. A bit slow but as expected

The battery only had 72% left, and I also had to pay another $70 to get a new battery from the Apple store. When I purchased the phone Best Buy in Deston told me it was refurbished but like new. The battery could never charge to 100% so not the best experience.

Purchased this for my 12 yr old birthday and we’re very pleased with our purchase. It does state pre owned however, the phone is in immaculate condition and legit looks brand spanking new! Thank you Best Buy!

This refurbished phone was not in "good" condition, battery barely holds a charge, has difficulty connecting to service and is not returnable. The worst refurbished phone I've purchased, use another provider

This phone is really nice. I thought it wouldn’t be as good as it is, but it still compares to my 13 pro. The camera is really nice. It’s got a really good camera quality. The phone is really really nice.

Bought an unlocked iPhone (no designated carrier) but was not unlocked. Realized this in early Dec (after return window closed) when trying to set up with Mint Mobile. Spent about 12 hours on the phone with Best Buy and Mint. Best Buy customer service rep in store admitted it was a mistake for it to be posted online and not my fault. I was able to receive full return amount on a Best Buy gift card to use at a later date. Went to the iPhone same day and bought a truly unlocked phone. Takeaway: when you purchase an "unlocked" phone, make sure it is truly unlocked ASAP as they only give you a very short time to return if issues.

Phone did not work well. Did not hold a charge, charger did not always connect & charge. Can not receive calls at times and calls will drop randomly.

Beware do not buy refurbished from best buy they sell u faulty electronics that don't work properly I bought a iphone SE 2 ND generation and the battery is not working nor charging properly took it to apple just to tell me that the battery is good but the iphone is defective but best buy won't take it back so beware

Refurbished so did not work as good. They returned it no problem. You get what you pay for.
