Slow…. Glitches. Purchased in a moment of desperation. Bad idea!!

My last phone had a cracked screen so I needed a phone to get me until I upgraded. Within 1 minute of starting the phone, it would reset itself every 5 minutes. Maybe I purchased a dud, but I returned it immediately. Best Buy was easy to work with and did not charge a restock fee.

The phone stopped charging after owning it for 3 months. I know now not to purchase refurbished phone from best buy

The phone was not in good condition when purchased, it kept rebooting. Ended up returning the device.

The battery in this phone is very bad- for the price I paid it should have been new!!

Purchased an unlocked phone for my grandson for Christmas only to transfer his iPhone to the new one and find out that the phone is still attached to AT&T. My grandson is in tears on Christmas because the phone he wanted is useless. Apparently no longer returnable.

It's small, has ok quality and the camera is ok .

Ordered Dec 19th still haven’t received item!! Called customer service and went in store with no luck! I couldn’t even cancel my order to purchase one in store!! Can’t give proper rating since I don’t have my son’s iPhone yet! Very frustrated!!!

Refurbished junk. The ear speaker didn’t work. Only way to talk on the phone was through speaker phone. Don’t waste your time like I did.

The Phone had a problem, it was ok only for one month, now to repair it the cost is the same that the price I paid less than 2 months ago. I tried to request help in the website and I couldn't find where. I am very dissaponted

The restocking fee is so dumb. And the phone arrived a terrible condition.

When I bought this phone a friend and I both asked if this phone was used because of the low price, we were told NO. That ppl stocking forgot to remove the price from another phone, I would not of bought a used phone!

Was looking for a replacement phone for my father-in-law. This looked like a good option, so I purchased it As soon as I opened it up, disaster. It’s like nobody inspected this phone. The power button was stuck and the volume key was sticky. 

Your delivery communication / notifications suck..

The phone did not work as expected. The volume was too low on the earpiece even at the highest volume setting. I had to pay $45 fee to return a defective product.

Received a non working phone.Had to send ti warranty center at my own cost.Hoping for replacement since i never even had it connected

This phone was NOT unlocked so I had to return it and they charged me a $45 restocking fee. I will never purchase anything from Best Buy again.

I bought this phone for my Goddaughter in June. It stopped working in January. The repair cost is $300.00.

Phone did not work when opened. Best Buy did a great job taking care of it and exchanging it for a better model.
