Phone is in excellent condition and works perfectly! Came with a charging cable that wasn't noted in description, so was a pleasant surprise.

I have a the black 128GB Version of this phone, and ive had it for 2 years. I would say its a pretty good iphone. The drawbacks in my opinion is the outdated screen size, the bezels on the phone are thick on the top and bottom, also the battery life. Im running ios 16 beta 2 on it and its great. Just the battery life that would bring it down

I should have read the bad reviews, the problem main problem is the battery life left. Reading below, I locked out with 79% of the battery health life remaining. Nonetheless, it is true Best Buy is not being forthcoming, the phone should be sold for $120 to $150 expecting to replace the battery for another $79. My mother has had hers since 2020 with over 80+%. Believe me when I tell you she drains the battery all the time. This makes me wonder, from where is Best Buy getting these SEs with such a low battery life left?

Ordering the phone was fast and easy. The phone look’s and works like it was new and buying used saved a bunch. Only hiccup was the delivery. It took a week instead of the promised 2 days.

Honestly the phone looks like new and it doesn’t feel pre-owned. I went to at&t to activate it with no problems and they even ask me how much i got It for…..the sale person said i got ir for a decent price.

Iphone Se whit 64gb came in great shape no scratches, everything works perfectly. Only issue is battery at 80% capacity, which is still fine and expected from a used Iphone. I'd give it 4.5 stars

Battery seems weak, I think you would be charging every day or every other day. Speaker earpiece is like it is on mute, CAN NOT get enough volume out of it to hear unless you are in a very quiet area! I taking it back, AND what they don't tell you is there is a $45 restock fee which I will eat rather than be attacked to a junker. Other than that it's a pretty good phone. I thought since you were going thru a major retailer they would sell something that was gone through and would be as good as a regular phone as far as operational, even though it might not have the processor power and all the new gadgets. BOY WAS I WRONG ABOUT THAT ONE, lesson learned won't buy anything from them again.
