They said they do not take in old used phones to refurbish and sell.

Great option for a cheap “new” phone

Didn’t realize how bad of shape my other one was until the comparison with the speed and battery life of this phone. For 199 you can’t really beat that.

Seller is a Scam - Dysfunctional After 3 weeks

I tried different outlets and chargers before I realized that the problem was the phone. It refuses to charge from a dead battery and battery dies completely anytime below 30%. I didn’t use it much since it’s a secondary phone for me but I bet this was a problem with the phone since I got it. I hate it took me this long especially since Best Buy’s return period is only a measly 14 days unless you’re a paid member. Even then, they charge you $50 as a “restocking fee.” $220 paperweight is what you get if you purchase this
