Excellent smaller phone for hands that are not strong, as mine with carpal tunnel syndrome. All the same features of great camera, memory, and function! This pre-owned is perfect, like new! Easy to use.

Great phone, does what I need it for. Would have given 5 stars if it would have had a new battery.

Decent. No visible damage. However, functionality wise it’s average. Battery isn’t at full health (80%). Some sluggish / glitching when attempting random things like selecting a GIFs, switching apps.. you can tell it won’t last long but I guess it’ll do for now. My sound sometimes just stops working, very annoying. Have to turn the mute button on and back off for it to come back on.

the battery health was 79% but everything else was good. Good phone for my grandma.

Everything is great EXCEPT for the battery life! If I’m using the phone for ANY REASON, wether it be playing a game, or participating in an anger fueled debate via text, or just listening to music; the batter goes from 100% to 10% in a little over an hour I’m pretty sure! Very annoying. But I suppose they had to cut cost somewhere to make this phone so much cheaper. I would much rather sacrifice long battery life before I would sacrifice speed or performance! So overall I’m very happy with my purchase!

This is the second time I buy the same phone! I broke the first one but I went back and got another one, it is always as promised by Best Buy that the phone has been tested and the battery is at 100% capacity which is amazing and just knowing that you can return the product within 14 days is amazing! You get to test the phone and see how it fits your daily use.

Bought this for my daughter as a replacement phone as she broke her old one. Works exactly as her old phone and we've had no issues with it. Great value for the price. Looked like it was brand new.

iPhone in great working condition. Only downside is that the battery is old and works at 78% capacity.

As long as you take good care and aren’t very clumsy this refurbished phone is good

The phone came with the phone, charging cord and plug. It has worked great and saves a lot of money vs buying a new phone. I did have one issue with one of the phones not charging. I took it 2 Best Buy geek squad and they cleaned out the port. There was a ball of lint in the charging port

Great phone for the price. Wish there was better battery life

I got this phone as an emergency phone when we travel. I connected it to my cable provider on a cheap Plan. It was so worth it. Recently we had problems with our cell provider for a couple of days. And this cell phone was such a life savor. My family has now bought a refurbished iPhone for my grandparents. They live in Florida and claim if all else fails they can use they’re back up phone last minute. My grandmother likes the size and that it fits in her purse or if she’s out walking she can put it in her pocket. This iPhone SE is a great idea for any person. Big or small Young or Young at heart. ♥️

Battery was dead on delivery and seems to wear down faster than expected but shell and screen were in amazing condition.

I have bought other phones, nothing beats iphones, Get a one or two year old, if you can't affort new, Quality is way better, just pick one up and try it at store, you will see right away. I have bought all iphones unlocked, and bought plans it really is good in long run, no interest and you can switch plan without a fee. Discounting is a gimic, you get big discounts at store or Best buy on unlocked. Check it out My fifth iphone all the rest work and still running, use them for airplay or just cruising internet off computer on home wifi. old ones battery still works amazing. or if someone needs one stick a mint sim in. Have a temporary phone.

The Apple iPhone SE was in great condition and it was easy to transfer all my data to from my old 5SE

Great price if you want to save money bought this one for our granddaughter as her first cell, it is amazing and an apple WOW just like the "Jones" she felt. LOL Thanks.
