I was skeptical at first, seeing as this phone was pre-owned and everything, however, upon opening the case, I was shocked. It looked pristine, almost like no one had ever used it before! It was factory reset, up to date (mostly), and was snappy like it just came out yesterday! The only telling sign of this being preowned is the Battery Health listed in iOS settings, with a maximum charge of 94%, which is fine; these are Apple batteries we’re talking about here… All in all, I’d recommend this phone new or used! Good job Best Buy; I’m definitely going to keep buying refurbs from you guys; heck I’m writing this review on the phone right now!

Great phone for my daughter. Low priced, and still works very well for the age of the phone. Easy parental controls to put in place. Highly recommended for younger kids as a phone.

I really love my phone . It had great battery life. It fits comfortably in pockets. The phone has a lot of features that are easy to install on the app. The camera is also very nice . Clear pictures and the ability to see everything from a far . I just love my phone . I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

I have bought a pre-owned iphone 12 from Amazon and it had exceeded number of accounts allowed on the phone so I ended up having to return it to Amazon. I came to Best Buy and after explaining my need to the guy at the counter he immediately found this pre-owned iphone se for me and is in perfect condition and I was able to add my account with no problem. My only complaint is that Best Buy charges $40 to set up the phone which in my opiono is not very senior friendly. Maybe Best Buy could offer a discounted senior fee?

Great phone, renewed/restored to near perfection condition. Priced reasonably. Only reason i gave 4/5 was because it didn't come with any documentation or charging block.

Although I was locked out of my phone shortly after I purchased it… the price and value of the phone was worth it to me. Still navigating how to unlocked the unlocked device however when I’m able to unlock it it’s one less phone I have to worry about paying off.

Battery dies quick but other than that it came like new

Phone works great I was hesitant with it being open box but I used it for a few months while I was waiting on my phone to be fixed and now my toddler uses it for car rides and it has had no issues and withstands a crazy toddler

Bought this phone to replace an old iPhone 6. The price to performance is great! Though the phone is primarily used for the more basic features. If you are looking for gaming and using it a lot for more intensive apps, you may want to go with something a little newer.

Bought this for a relative that had an Iphone 6 with a battery that lasted minutes instead of hours. It is in very good shape, no scratches of external damage. It setup to the service provider with no issues. Good alternative to spending the money on a new phone!

It works great. Easy to set up. Definitely had the end user in mind. Battery is fine. I was worried by other reviews. The camera seems to drain the battery. That's the tradeoff for good pictures.

Easy navigation, suitable to understand for a novice user

Excellent smaller phone for hands that are not strong, as mine with carpal tunnel syndrome. All the same features of great camera, memory, and function! This pre-owned is perfect, like new! Easy to use.
