Although I was locked out of my phone shortly after I purchased it… the price and value of the phone was worth it to me. Still navigating how to unlocked the unlocked device however when I’m able to unlock it it’s one less phone I have to worry about paying off.

It works great. Easy to set up. Definitely had the end user in mind. Battery is fine. I was worried by other reviews. The camera seems to drain the battery. That's the tradeoff for good pictures.

This pre-owned phone is in excellent condition. A true value at the cost and convenience. I really wish You luck in this venture as a Customer it is much appreciated! Again The Value, (very affordable), which is so much appreciated has set a Customer Care Level appreciated by many as I see how fast They moved.

My kid loves it! He games and everything on it. Very inexpensive, but very capable for the price. Great Value.

Excellent smaller phone for hands that are not strong, as mine with carpal tunnel syndrome. All the same features of great camera, memory, and function! This pre-owned is perfect, like new! Easy to use.

Decent. No visible damage. However, functionality wise it’s average. Battery isn’t at full health (80%). Some sluggish / glitching when attempting random things like selecting a GIFs, switching apps.. you can tell it won’t last long but I guess it’ll do for now. My sound sometimes just stops working, very annoying. Have to turn the mute button on and back off for it to come back on.

Perfect and great deal easy to use and exactly as described and ready to go when they said it was exactly.

I use the device solely as a computer. No telephone carrier is necessary for my use of this item. It does what I need.

Everything is great EXCEPT for the battery life! If I’m using the phone for ANY REASON, wether it be playing a game, or participating in an anger fueled debate via text, or just listening to music; the batter goes from 100% to 10% in a little over an hour I’m pretty sure! Very annoying. But I suppose they had to cut cost somewhere to make this phone so much cheaper. I would much rather sacrifice long battery life before I would sacrifice speed or performance! So overall I’m very happy with my purchase!

Bought this for my daughter as a replacement phone as she broke her old one. Works exactly as her old phone and we've had no issues with it. Great value for the price. Looked like it was brand new.

It was a birthday gift for my son, he has enjoyed it and grateful… because sometimes when you buy like amazon you may not get what you want. Great price and delivery was on time.

The phone came with the phone, charging cord and plug. It has worked great and saves a lot of money vs buying a new phone. I did have one issue with one of the phones not charging. I took it 2 Best Buy geek squad and they cleaned out the port. There was a ball of lint in the charging port

limited battery life but phone works extremely well
